This pack describes how Five Wells Education designs and operates the platform so schools can complete their own due diligence. It is not legal advice. The school remains the data controller for pupil and staff data it places in the product. A solicitor or DPO should review processing before go-live.
Essential cookies
Signed-in use requires Supabase authentication cookies (session). These are necessary to keep a user logged in and are not used to advertise to pupils.
Local and session storage
The staff app may store UI preferences (for example last dashboard tab, optional tour completion, passkey hint dismissal) in the browser. This is not a second pupil database.
Marketing pages
Public marketing routes may load Vercel Analytics. Authenticated app routes are not treated as marketing analytics pages.
