Accessibility statement

This pack describes how Five Wells Education designs and operates the platform so schools can complete their own due diligence. It is not legal advice. The school remains the data controller for pupil and staff data it places in the product. A solicitor or DPO should review processing before go-live.

Intent

Five Wells aims to be usable on classroom devices, including iPads added to the home screen as a PWA. We design for large tap targets, keyboard-accessible controls on staff pages, and readable type. The SEND Tracker and pupil apps are intended to work in Safari and Chrome.

Known limits

Some older admin tables are easiest on a laptop. PDF certificates depend on the browser print dialog. If a specific barrier blocks a staff member or pupil, contact Five Wells with the page URL, device, and what you were trying to do.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared as part of school trust pack 2026-08-29. It is not a full WCAG audit certificate. Schools that require a formal audit should commission one against the live service.
